SUMMARY Perform a wide variety of tasks associated with Human Resources, reporting to the HR Director.
Assist with new hire/onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
Support payroll & personnel admin function with processing, record-keeping, adjustment, data entry, and timekeeping.
Work closely with HR Director on daily tasks, as well as finding and implementing areas of improvement.
Assist in all aspects of the business that are HR related - this is a role where rapid skill and career growth is available, as the company is undergoing an era of expansion and operational improvement.
RELATIONS TO OTHERS Daily interaction with management, employees and contractors.
Must maintain strong relationships and communication with all involved parties.
This role will be a central part of our support staff, and will be able to help shape the decisions and outcomes of our support function.
The right candidate will need to see themselves as a partner to the other functions within KRC, and the vision of how they can help each vertical of the business achieve success.
